Lew Plumbing was the first company who was able to tend to my heating issues the same day I called, and on a weekend mind you. I was very impressed with the same day service (came within the hour of my call), and super appreciative of Gord, who was very knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommend.
Eva DelleThey over charged me for the hour and over charge me from the quote they previously quoted me. They charged me thermocouple when my old thermocouple was in perfectly fine. I questioned them about it. They say it's standard procedure when they do service. Why was it not brought to my attention when they did it.they could say Ur thermocouple is good, but we advice u to change it as we r here, may i go ahead to change it.no they never said that . I was never given a choice to keep or change the thermocouple. Plus they charge me $25 for using vacuum. I reached out to them 3 times, they never fixed my concern just a lame email say it's standard procedure. I called for quote twice b4 I booked them, they over charge. Will never use them again, they r not honest with their price and have terrible policy dealing with concerns and problems. I will NOT recommend them to anyone
Loren Santa MariaPlumber Frankie did a good job. Work was smooth in replacing a kitchen sink. He was attentive to details and orderly in handling hardware, etc. Work done in less than an hour. I would have rated 5 star except that it came as a surprise travel was added to time of service (making it 1.5hrs); then on top of labor fee, there was a truck fee of sort. Maybe Lew plumbing should make that clear from the start.
