I want to highly commend Lewis and Lewis Mexican Insurance Company for their excellent personalized service. I’ve just renewed with them for the 23rd year, and their agent Osman lived up to the company’s high standards by his helpfulness, including sending me my documents both as hard copy by mail and by email. When a hurricane damaged my car while in summer storage in Mexico about 15 years ago, the company was prompt in assessing the damage and sending me photos of it. The repairs cost within a few dollars of their estimate and they paid me right away, even accepting the receipt written by hand on a page torn out of a school notebook by the local Mexican worker who did the repairs for me.
