Today, first time I call from Lewisham Hospital I’m going to Lewisham Station they told me they will pick me five minutes and the driver pick me five minutes next time I use this cab office I will call them very friendly cab Office and very friendly Controller. This will be my local cab office For rest of my life. I will advise local people to use this cab office. Around 9am this morning (01/09/2025), I experienced absolutely shocking and disgraceful behaviour from a minicab operator, which I feel must be made public. I was calling to arrange transport for an elderly, frail citizen who is unable to make such bookings herself. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, the operator shouted at me when I explained that I was calling from my own number rather than the passenger’s. He insisted the booking could only be made from her phone — an unreasonable demand given her vulnerability — and then abruptly hung up. When I called back to clarify that I would remain with her until the vehicle arrived, I simply asked for an estimated waiting time so I could reassure her. Once again, the operator raised his voice, gave inconsistent answers, and cut me off. His tone throughout was aggressive, hostile, and completely inappropriate for someone providing a public service. This is not how we treat citizens in our local community, least of all vulnerable people who rely on transport to maintain their safety and independence. Such behaviour is shocking, disgusting, and raises serious questions about how this company is being managed and whether it is fit to hold a licence. As an NHS worker who has used this company many times before, I am appalled by the complete lack of respect and compassion shown. I will never use them again and will be warning colleagues and others in the community to avoid them. Furthermore, I will be formally raising this matter with the local council licensing authority so that it is investigated fully. The public deserves a safe, reliable, and respectful minicab service. What I experienced today was the exact opposite, and I will ensure that the relevant authorities are made aware of this unacceptable conduct.
I am a student when i come to heathrow airport the driver was always on time and driver:03,he's the best driver on this company,good customer services,good controller,surely gonna use the service again.
