From start to finish, our experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill was absolutely amazing. We first called in to book an appointment, and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, we were greeted by Nazanin Mortezaei(Naz), our salesperson, who went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. Having worked in the car business myself for almost 7 years, I truly appreciated Naz’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care to make sure we were completely taken care of. The vehicle we chose had a few minor scratches, which Naz promised would be addressed after pickup since it was near the end of the month — and she kept her word. A week later, the body shop called, provided us with a loaner, and took care of everything exactly as promised.
