Low quality for CCTV and unavailability of support and warranty post selling. They will makes many digging all over home in very bad way. Don’t recommend at all. It’s better to buy new type of cctv from dragon or online and ask another company to setup it.

Very poor customer service, unfortunately these people are liars and totally incompetent when it comes to IT equipment. I ordered some laptops from Liberty in October 2021. I selected them because of the 5 companies I asked for a quote, they were the only company who had the laptops I wanted in-stock. Once I paid for the laptops, they advised me that actually they didn’t have the laptops in-stock (so they lied about having the laptops in stock). They advised me that they would provide lower-spec laptops and upgrade the laptops to the spec I paid for within 2 to 6 weeks (this was the second lie they told). It took them 12 weeks to deliver the parts for upgrading the laptops. During this time, they tried to extort more money from me, complaining that they were losing money because of the upgrades (I told them it’s not my fault they’re losing money). Unfortunately, because these people are not very competent with computer equipment, they sent incompatible parts for upgrading the laptops. I returned the incompatible parts, and it took them a further 4 months to send me the upgrade materials, but yet again, due to their incompetence, they sent more incompatible parts. Finally, I went to one of their competitors, who solved the issue for me within 2 days. I will never use this company again.
