This was our second visit to Pet Lavender, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. I remember how difficult it was to find a grooming salon that would accept Chipsie—many turned us away because of her anxiety and tendency to bark at the groomers (which I know is common for dogs who are afraid of grooming). But with Peggy, it was a completely different experience. Even though Chipsie initially showed the same anxious behavior, Peggy was incredibly patient. She reassured me that she would still take care of Chipsie, giving her time to calm down and relax before starting the grooming process. Her calm, gentle approach made all the difference. Thank you so much, Peggy, for doing such an amazing job with Chipsie! The service you provide is truly worth it, not just for the grooming itself, but for the care and kindness you show.
