I have been seeing Ally for close to a year now to help me with my anxiety and panic issues. I have only nice things to say, she has been consistently available, has always been flexible with me on times or moving an appointment, and has helped me tremendously on my path to work through my issues. She is an incredibly kind woman that always seems to find the perfect balance between listening and talking which always makes me feel very seen and heard as well as be given advice. She is fantastic can’t recommend her enough!!
