Life yoga has truly become a second home for me. I have taken yoga on and off for years, but have never connected to it the way that I have since starting with Life Yoga. Very thankful for teachers that honor the practice and focus on the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. Pam and Erica have changed my life, cannot recommend them and this studio enough!

Have a good extensive amount of different classes available. Love the ambiance in the rooms. Very professional staff and keep you comfortable in practices.

This is an awesome place. All of the teachers seem sincere and incredible. You can go at your own pace, and my flexibility has improved dramatically. I really like Pam the most. She is so sweet and very selfless. Seems like she wants every class to be dynamic and life changing, and they are. The atmosphere is incredible and it is reasonably priced. I love the owner. He is always there and very welcoming. Great place. They offer over 50 classes per week. I will be there from here on out.

Anastasia is the best massage therapist I've ever been to and I believe in her fully. She untangles my knots and provides relaxing, effective treatments. All levels of yoga classes are offered with great instructors in a great atmosphere.
