I had always used Shoppers Drug Mart for all of my family’s prescriptions. However, I had not been happy with them for a while and decided to switch everything to Lifecare Pharmacy, 2 mins from my house. From day one, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The service is amazing! I can call up in the morning and get my prescription an hour or 2 later. The Pharmasict Jenny is wonderful, and always very willing to go above and beyond in order to please her customers. She has also offered to deliver my prescriptions right to my door. I am thrilled to have such a wonderful Pharmacy in my neibourhoodgz

Would not recommend this clinic. The clinic’s receptionist is incredibly rude. Greedy schedulers and stingy people. Scheduled my appointment at 10am and had to wait 40 minutes, and when I requested a cancellation as they are clearly late and I got things to do, they stated I’ll have to pay the cancellation fee despite I arrived 5 minutes early and they were the one that overbooked and delayed. They don’t even do walk ins, there’s no excuse to be late to an appointment. This happened to me a few times. I’m looking for a new family doctor as they don’t deserve to charge people’s OHIP for this type of service they provide.

I can’t say enough about the incredible community spirit at LifecareRx Pharmacy (River Oaks) — especially Jenny! Her support for this year’s Gutsy Walk truly went above and beyond. Not only did she help promote the event, but she also made a generous donation to support someone right here in the Oakville community.
