I’ve been coming to Lifecycle in Saskatoon for almost 4 years now, and it’s truly one of my favorite places to be! The studio has such a great vibe—everyone is incredibly welcoming, and it immediately feels like a supportive community. The classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun, with high energy that keeps you coming back for more. The instructors are not only friendly and approachable but also super helpful and motivating, always pushing you to do your best. I also love how there are always fun themes, challenges, and events happening—it keeps things fresh and exciting. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just starting out, Lifecycle is such a positive, uplifting space to move your body and clear your mind💖

Lifecycle has the friendliest and most encouraging staff. Their space is amazing (clean, brand new, aesthetic), and it has truly become a second home. Not only to get a great workout in, but also to become part of their welcoming community. They have a very encouraging environment for new comers, so I always feel comfortable to bring friends/family that have not spun before, and they always enjoy it as well!

I have been coming to Life Cycle for almost a year now and would absolutely recommend to anyone. It is a very welcoming & encouraging family to be apart of! They have challenges & themed classes that make it easy to keep showing up for yourself. I chose to keep going to them in Broadway instead of trying somewhere else closer to my house because they are just that good. I am super excited that they are in Brighton now and will definitely be able to go to more classes!! The new studio is absolutely stunning as well! All of the instructors are amazing as well and I have never had a bad experience!
