I don’t have enough good things to say about First Step Physio. Front desk people are the sweetest and kindest and everyone is very friendly. Eli is incredibly knowledgeable about all things and has helped me through frozen shoulder, a bad hip, TMJ and neck problems. Your time will fly by even as you can have discomfort from the treatment. He is usually booked up but when you put yourself in a cancellation list a spot frees up pretty fast.

He is very friendly and professional and is truly passionate about movement and the human body. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic! Kim at the front desk is lovely to chat with while you wait to start your treatment. Everyone needs an Eli in their life to stay healthy and moving!
