Both my wife and my two boys have seen Dr. O, and each of them has had an excellent experience at every visit. The clinic itself is very clean, and the wait times are usually short. Even if I had to wait longer, I wouldn’t mind, because I know that when it’s my turn, Dr. O will give me his full attention without rushing—something I have not always experienced at other clinics. The receptionist is always pleasant and kind, and the pharmacy staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service.
