I first went to Anne a few years ago after a really bad sciatica flare up and the care I received from her stayed with me. When she left her old clinic I was honestly so disheartened, so finding out recently that she has opened her own clinic came at the perfect time as I was searching for help with chronic neck pain. Anne is one of the best physiotherapists I have ever met. Her level of care, her gentle hands-on approach, and her knowledge driven treatment plans are truly unmatched. What really stands out to me the most is that Anne personally checks in at every appointment and makes sure that my treatment is tailored to my recovery. This is very different from other clinics where, after the first visit, you are just given a standard routine. With Anne I always feel listened to and supported. The clinic itself is bright, calming, and welcoming. The staff are warm and genuinely caring, and my appointments always run on time which I really appreciate. Direct billing makes everything so easy, I just show up for my treatment and leave without any extra hassle. I am really grateful to have found Anne again and I very highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would!!!

She is very thorough with her treatments and really invests time into helping heal people. The clinic is clean and has a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend Wellness Bliss Physiotherapy to anyone looking to have their body be taken care of by true professional specialists. Every visit to Wellness Bliss includes a warm greeting by the staff, who are super organized, efficient and friendly that make the experience so smooth and effortless. I came in with a lower back injury after a fall, barely able to walk or move. I have to say I was truly blown away after being looked at by Thiviya. Within a week, after two sessions I was back on my feet playing sports and back at work feeling strong. She was very knowledgeable about my injury/pain, patient and very careful with my body. Super attentive to what my needs were, took the time to assess my condition thoroughly and even created a personalized treatment plan for my specific injuries I could do at home to further speed up my recovery which helped a lot. A true master of her skill, an expert in the use of modern technology/body treatments and someone who genuinely loves and is passionate about what she does. Thiviya is super friendly, warm and energetic during every visit and is very thorough and professional.
