I recently visited Lifemark Physiotherapy Hamilton Mountain and had a great experience. I had quite a few doubts and questions about the process, and Anshika at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate her excellent service — she’s a great asset to the clinic!

Tristan is the most incredible person (and physiotherapist) I have ever met. He makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. I cannot say enough good things about him! Natalie is also such a wonderful massage therapist and has a genuine gift in what she does. I seriously cannot recommend this facility enough!

My journey began with Natalie, RMT after experiencing pain in my shoulder and arm. She assessed and focused on immediate concern areas. The message was perfect in both pressure and timing. After a couple visits, she then referred me to Tristan. I had gone to physio years ago and I must say, he was more thorough and explained in more detail, which i appreciated. This was a far better experience than what I've had in the past. Looking forward to future visits and continued improvements!!! Thank you Natalie and Tristan!
