My therapist is nothing short of amazing, but interacting with other providers for medication support has been a nightmare. Her only goal seemed to be pushing me onto a medication that was making me feel worse. When I explained how I was feeling, she insisted the dose was too low to cause anything and wanted to double it, which led to intense nightmares, lack of sleep, and risking my career. Furthermore, I had paid hundreds out of pocket for a test on medication effectiveness, and received the bill but never a copy of the results. I was finally passed off to a different provider only to watch her demeanor completely change when she read the other provider’s notes. Providers like these are the reason people don’t seek the help they need.

I've been with LifeStance for about 6 months. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Schedule flexibility is important to me, because I'm a busy business owner and single mom who just moved to a new location. Telehealth appointments have made my life so much easier! The communication with this company is outstanding. The compassion and "bedside manner" of all of my providers is far beyond what I could have hoped to receive from a mostly online relationship. Michelle Porter has helped me to establish relationships with new medical and mental health specialist provders within my new community. She utilizes as much of the blood work that I get done through my specialists as she can, to minimize trips to the lab and has even offered home visit lab options!!! She has provided emergency prescription refills until I am able to see specialists and has helped me to create a protocal to minimize unnecessary emergency room and additional Drs visits. I struggle with executive functioning, so she sends detailed instructions for tasks to check off at the end of each visit, to be completed prior to my next one. HUGE HELP!!! Ashley Benally-Ross and Jennifer Townsend have both been wonderful. We have created a mental health-care plan that is simple but effective. LifeStance overall makes prescriptions refills a breeze. Scheduling and rescheduling when needed are flawless. I'm so thankful to this company for providing self care opportunities that are time effective and manageable!
