My experience with LifeStance has been extremely disappointing due to their billing practices. I’ve received several unexpected charges that were never discussed or authorized, and some of them appear to have been submitted to my insurance under questionable circumstances. With their billing department now outsourced, getting clear answers or resolving issues has become nearly impossible. The lack of transparency and accountability raises serious concerns, potentially even bordering on insurance fraud. I strongly advise others to review every charge carefully and think twice before using LifeStance.
