I was scheduled with Jennifer Schell, and every appointment she showed up 20–25 minutes late—every single time. Are you kidding me? On top of that, she literally laughed in my face mid-conversation. Who’s supposed to trust someone like that with their concerns? The moment I started asking her to explain her thought process, she got irritated. Calling that ‘care’ is an insult to the profession.
