First things first, awesome experience! Would recommend 10/10. From start to completion. Discussing the new patient appointment process with frontline staff, questions answered in the interim, and then finally, my appointment with my therapist was seamless. The warmth that was provided at ecach encounter on different occasions has wowed me. Thank you for the support, it is greatly appreciated. With a world that is in such a rush in all facets, it seems, it was refreshing to actually feel someone took their time and genuinely wanted to listen and help. From your email asking clients to “LifeStance Health … review of your booking experience” i saw that the first 2 comments are about THERAPY, not BOOKING. But I started anyway yet discovered immediately that the survey questions applied to the therapy experience or else were so generalized that couldn’t tell what aspect of my Lifestance Health experience I was to address! So I did not complete this survey. N.B. That is exactly the kind of experience I repeatedly have in using your Patient Portal design!
