Do not use these people. We hired one who put us through in 8-month crazy ordeal. Supposed to be closing on a house in a few weeks but it is not at all what we picked out. Our real estate agent is afraid to engage with the builder. You can't reach the broker. We feel deceived throughout the entire process and I would never work with them again.

Such wonderful and helpful brokers, staff, and agents. They always are looking for ways to help everyone reach their goals.

Appointment time set by agents was 10am to review for selling. First agent showed on time but had to wait 1 hour for realtor agent. First agent greeted me by a name only used by friends & family, not Mr. as expected in professional arena. I provided my business card but neither offered theirs. When I tried to review phone contact I was texted "I should have the contact from a phone call" so it was my fault I had no information provided in print. Spent four hours showing a farm & tracts for sale to end up being informed it could be listed for $7,000.per acre. Less than $900k yet it appraises for over $1,700k. The agents knew it was a farm and would require walking but showed in open toe high heels. I listed the tracts on market place at 1am and had a contract for purchase at 6pm for $18,750. - that's $11,750 Per acre more without realtor fees. Horrible, insulting and rude. Waisted four hours on a life lesson I already.knew.
