Ordered my gender reveal cake here and it was a wonderful experience! The cake was simple and beautiful; just like the inspiration photos I sent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The cake was delicious! Plus, their store is so beautiful and every treat I’ve gotten has been spectacular! The cookies are my FAVORITE.

The Lighthouse Local is mostly a bakery with a gift shop. They do offer a few other items, such as quiche and breakfast sandwiches. The absolute winners, however, were the scones! We tried the onion & sour cream, the loaded baked potato, the garlic onion, and the Italian meats. All of these scones were delicious. My wife's favorite was the loaded baked potato, and my favorite was the Italian meats. They were buttery, flavorful, and not dry at all. We also tried the maple coffee cake which was also very good.

I recently ordered a specialty cake from Lighthouse for my niece’s graduation, and they absolutely nailed it! I had a very specific vision, and they brought it to life perfectly — even better than I imagined. I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a cake snob and love a cake that’s not just fun to look at, but also tastes amazing. In the past, I’ve ordered beautiful cakes from other bakeries, but they always fell short on flavor. Lighthouse, though, delivered both — the cake was stunning and delicious. I honestly can’t wait for my next celebration so I have a reason to order from them again!

Whyyyyy do I have to live hours from here? Such a tragedy! The Samoa latte was the best I have ever had in my life, and well, I’m not supposed to eat gluten or high carbs but let me tell you… the Dubai chocolate, cheddar, and cranberry scones were worth every single bite. Wow. I cannot wait until any excuse I have to visit them again! Also, the employees were all so kind and they all help one another and I just love that so much. Happy atmosphere= a good place to work, and that is somewhere I’ll always support. ❤️
