From first contact with SunSolar the experience was very easy. Trevor was very easy to follow with his explanations covering my ideas exactly. A few changes to the normal system didn't present any problems and the installation went smoothly. The installation team new exactly what needed to be done and proceeded in a professional manner. Clean up after the job was excellent. Without a doubt I would recommend SunSolar for a quote and/or installation of a solar system.When it came to connection to the network Jerry was extremely helpful and we had the system connected in around 15 minutes. All in all an easy experience from start to finish and I look forward to looking into into upgrades in the future.

The guys that came to move my solar panels were courteous, polite well mannered. They consulted with us on every detail. They left no rubbish behind them. They were extremely easy to deal with. They did not break tiles on our roof as we have had previous on a different property. They even cut the ends of the brackets that hold the panels on the roof off previously I have had to ask the installers to do that for me. We are very happy with the work. They explained the electrical component of what they were doing. A extremely happy customer and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

I recently used Sunsolar service to install our 8kw solar panel and 10kw Growatt battery. Tim and Brett was very helpful and making sure that the process is smooth as possible for us. On the day of the installation, the electrician's team (Wang) arrived on time and professional, took the time to explain everything they were doing. The work was completed quickly (half day). Couple of days after the installation there was an issue with the system but Shaun from support organised everything and was back online in no time. Thank you guys.
