We have purchased the hand gloves from the store and were clearly informed that if the size is not fitting then we could exchange the same for Value of the gloves without being advised on retaining the cardboard in between which holds the gloves on a board …however when we went to ask politely to the store to exchange it as the size was not fitting the store manager Naveen Parajuli very rudely refused to do the same mentioning that the conditions apply which was not told and we were asked to assume the same as a buyer …I would recommend that who ever is buying with this store of Columbia is cautious with the exchange policy as they need the same when you go back but are very courteous when they want to sell the product

Multiple terrible experiences on their barely functioning app - missed orders, no confirmation, no delivery, and terrible support from the staff in store. Losing a long term customer to keep the money you should have refunded from ONE order is a terrible strategy JL

J Lindeberg as a brand I really liked and thus I always bought gifts here for my husband but the Dubai staff really ruined it for me now. We literally made an order on the app which DOESNT WORK. And after we paid it was never shipped. Had to go in store to pressure them to send because the staff was lost. And now they won’t refund us for a 150aed return. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. One bad experience and you lose a valuable customer who actually spends money. Go fix your team in Dubai
