Lima Architects Inc

We hired Lima Architects Inc to design two properties for us in Burlington, Ontario. Fernando and his team were very professional, approachable, and friendly with lots of ideas. They spent time to talk to me and my wife to understand us. They came up with very unique and beautiful designs which reflected our style. We have built one of the buildings. It is absolutely gorgeous. We love it. We appreciate all the efforts that Lima Team put into this project.

Before going to Fernando Lima I went to 4 other architects. The difference between them was the four guys before Fernando had to explain to me how good they were and why I should use them, trying to convince me they were better than their competitor. They were not interested in hearing what I wanted and were only interested in telling me what they were going to do for me. Their ears were shut off and it was more about closing the deal. “$ign here and give me the deposit” Fernando was different because he listened, he was interested in hearing what we really wanted, to make the house we were going to build into a place we could call home. He came across as a soft-spoken person that had a gentle nature and that’s why we went with him. He made us feel comfortable, going above and beyond to make us happy. Always working with us, making sure we were satisfied and we felt that we were getting his full attention when needed. I would highly recommend Fernando and the team that works for him at Lima. Anthony was amazing with layout design, spent hours and hours on the phone working through different designs until he created the perfect layout. “No wasted space, everything fit together perfectly” This is when I first seen my dream home come together! After that Fernando worked tirelessly, creating the perfect exterior design. "It was Perfect" Then you have Renata, SHE IS AMAZING!!!! I can’t even put into words what a help she has been. Walking through this whole process with me and helping me understand it all. Dealing with all the things that would of drove me insane if I had to do it on my own. She has been Patent, kind and caring! And dealing with me ain't easy. ;-) All I can say is with Lima, you are in good hands. They make the whole process easy, in the end giving you the home you desire and deserve..

We had the pleasure of working with Fernando for our new house project.Though it was mainly my wife who was involved but I met him a few times. He is very professional, approachable and accommodating.Even Renata his technician was great . We changed our designs a few times and he was very patient.He helped with getting the surveyor and even to attain permits from the city.Overall great experience and I would recommend him surely.
