Contrary to other people did not have a good experience at all. We listed our house with a real estate agent from realty executives. After a few months on the market the house went under contract and our real estate agent told us that he was no longer working for realty executives but that someone else from the company would help us finishing the sell. No problem for us, the house was only a few short weeks from being completely sold. Problems started when the buyers changed their minds and decided not to buy. It was nobody's fault but at that point we were contacted, told how sorry they were and how they would sell our house in no time. Fine. Except we did not hear from them for weeks: who was our new real estate agent? did they have visits? Feedbacks? Nothing! I tried to contact them several times, I always talked to someone that would take a message and tell me someone would call me back. Months later I am still waiting for a call back. One day I went on the website to see if more people had seen the house and saved it in their favorites except the house was not on zillow anymore. I checked realtor, The realty executives website, nothing! The house had been taken off the market and I did not even know about it. Cherry on the cake, a couple weeks later I received a letter from realty executives telling me they had noticed my house had recently been taken off the market and how they would love to sell it for me, how they were wonderful at their job and the house would be sold so fast. They had it under contract! They took it off the market! Do they not even know what houses they are supposed to sell? So, from my personal experience I would never recommend anyone to go there.
