I purchased expensive sheets in November 2021and they already are wearing through! Prompt reply from customer service, but they can do nothing. Poor product quality.

I recently ordered nespresso coffee from linen chest as a gift. I recieved the box and all the capsules were expired. I contacted customer service and they send me another EXPIRED BOX... terrible customer service. I called nespresso and they sent me a brand new box right away . I recommend that everyone go to straight nespresso. Amazing customer service.
