The Lines Insurance and Financial Services is a great Insurance Company. I have been a customer for Nationwide/Lines Insurance and Financial Services for more than 20 years. The staff always provides exceptional customer service in a very professional & polite manner and are always there to assist with any issues/concerns relating to auto insurance, renters/home insurance, liabilities, etc. Ms. Lindsey Ramiro has been my insurance agent for more than 20 years and she is phenomenal. Lindsey always provides exceptional customer service and she is a great asset to the Lines Insurance Team. She is always polite, pleasant and kind. Furthermore, she is always able to provide a solution to every situation and her dedication, efficiency and positive attitude are superb. Thank you Lindsey for always going above and beyond!!

I have been with Lines Insurance for two generations of owners. They are family owned and operated. While everyone who works there may not share the "Lines" name, you can tell they treat each other (and their clients) like family. Everyone I have worked with has been nothing but kind and helpful as I navigated getting my own insurance for the first time and have since continued adding policies. They will work to find you the best price and walk you through any questions. Insurance stinks for everyone, but having great customer service makes all the difference. Go with Lines Insurance! Special shoutout to Melissa- she is the absolute best agent! She took a significant time to walk me through all types of insurance and what I needed as a college student and post-grad. She also takes time to explain any changes to the policies or yearly inflations that occur, which is beyond helpful as a student on a budget. I wouldn't have half the knowledge or coverage I do without her.
