I had the unfortunate experience of being a client of Linknow Marketing Agency for over a year, and I can confidently say that it was a complete waste of time and money. They were supposed to handle my marketing, SEO, and Google search optimization, but after a year, I didn't receive a single lead. Their constant excuse was that "it takes time to optimize," but honestly, I expected results much sooner. To add to my frustration, I paid $450 for a logo, only to receive something that looked like it was created by a middle schooler. It was incredibly disappointing. Fast forward a bit, and I ended up designing my own logo in less than five minutes using free AI tools, which turned out to be stunning! I also managed to optimize my website's pages for SEO in under two hours, again using AI tools that cost me nothing. And, I GOT 4 LEADS IN LESS THAN 48 hours and still going strong, just by using these amazing AI tools. If you're considering Linknow Marketing Agency, I urge you to think twice. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. Trust me, you can achieve far better results on your own using AI tools FOR FREE. Respond to the LinkNow: No, there was absolutely no logo, no google analytics and no set up. When I opened my account I realized what a lousy job LinkNow did. Very Disappointing!

We have been clients of LinkNow Media for over three years and have experienced their services across various package levels, from their highest to their lowest tier. Unfortunately, throughout this time, the level of customer service consistently fell short of what was promised. One of the ongoing challenges has been the lack of consistency and continuity in support. We have been assigned multiple website coordinators as well as several different member account managers, making it difficult to build a reliable working relationship or receive consistent communication. Despite being assured that their SEO and Google Ads management would drive strong lead generation, we saw no meaningful improvement. When we requested to pause these services due to a lack of results, our SEO rankings significantly declined. Their recent transition to a new client portal has also been frustrating. While we understand the intent to streamline processes, the portal is not user-friendly. Uploading documents or content updates has proven difficult, and we are often met with automated messages instructing us to call a coordinator instead—defeating the purpose of a self-service platform. Multiple attempts to speak with someone in leadership have gone unanswered. Most recently, we received an email stating that if we do not utilize the new portal, LinkNow will no longer be able to do business with us. This kind of communication—impacting our service—should have been handled with a phone call, not an impersonal email. After speaking with other website and marketing professionals, we’ve also been told that the pricing we’ve been paying is significantly higher than industry standards given the level of service provided. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend LinkNow Media to any business looking for reliable, transparent, and results-driven support.
