I contracted with Linnius Construction for a full remodel of a 50+ year old house in Bend. I could not be happier with the results. Everyone I worked with was professional and respectful. They helped me design and implement a vision for the house that exceeded my expectations. And on time and budget! They didn't just make it easy - they made it fun. We contracted with Linnius Construction on five major and one smaller project for us this past year, all were completed on time and were perfectly executed. They remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, completed an addition for a new primary closet, converted our garage to a media/family room and created the perfect transition space between the main hallway and our new media/family room (our new pantry/storage area). The craftsmanship and attention to detail was impeccable, and with the unexpected bonus of all the subcontractors being very friendly, courteous, and on time. Christopher Zonta was our contract manager and we cannot say enough good things about him. He went over all of our projects and provided suggestions as well as taking our needs and requirements into consideration every step of the way. His knowledge, honesty, and kindness made the project less stressful. He managed all five projects juggling our availability with multiple sub-contractors and completed every task flawlessly. When we first embarked on this journey, Grant (Linnius Construction’s owner) said, “We will screw something up along the way, but we will make it right no matter what.”; this level of honesty was enlightening, and as he said, somethings did not go as planned, but they took whatever actions were required to make any course corrections to fix any mistakes immediately. I can't recommend Grant and the Linnius team enough! They completely remodeled our historic Bend, Oregon home. A down to the stud type of project —kitchen, bathroom, living room, new floors, paint, hearth demo, electrical, plumbing—you name it, they did it. It was a massive undertaking, but their team handled everything with skill and professionalism. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way, quickly addressing any challenges that popped up (and there were many with our 1940s home!).
