We are a military family who starting fostering through OKDHS in Comanche County. We spent 2 years as Foster parents before hiring Linque. The first high praise I have to give to Linque is the fact that he traveled to Lawton for our case! From the moment we hired him, he was active on our case. He wasn’t afraid to file appropriate motions pertaining to our case, he made the time to do monthly phone check-ins and there were days he drove to Lawton to research things or file things in the court himself. He walked through every single thing with us. I loved how he shared insight to keep us one step ahead of the process by giving us what to expect at every turn. His knowledge of tribal law came as a welcomed addition to his already vast understanding of adoptions for our case. He gave me things to ask for from DHS for post adoption to make sure we had all of the resources and tools to care for our littles i.e. Difficulty of care because our babies have special needs (which is something I didn’t know existed). However, the sweetest thing about him and everyone in that office is that they never ever made me feel like I was a bother. I could always hear the smile in all of their voices whenever they picked up the phone which was the majority of the time. On the rare occasion when I couldn’t reach Linque, I would get a call for his counterpart Amanda saying he texted her and asked her to give me a call. I call that EXCELLENT client service! Amanda is a direct reflection of Linque because she was very good at answering our questions when Linque wasn’t available. Some days we only had time to talk to her because Linque was in court all day and sometimes back to back for days at a time. Amanda made me feel like there was no silly questions every time I had to speak with her (And believe me, I asked some doozies). The fact that she could relate to us because she’s gone through this process, made having this team on our side, that much more pleasant. Every question we asked was answered in a timely manner, whether it’s because of her own personal knowledge and experience or whether it’s by her researching it out to get the answer, or her waiting to speak to Linque and calling back with an answer. When you call the first person you will encounter is their highly efficient receptionist, Desiree. There were days when I called crying because I was frustrated about one thing or another, and she would spend as much time as I needed to feel better. She is very good at taking notes and replying quickly, if I called and left a message, she responds quickly, when I emailed her with a question, she got the answer and replied quickly. Everything about this office is fast, friendly, compassionate, professional, efficient and most of all effective!!!! I don’t think there was ever a time that I waited more than 3 days for a reply to an email, call, or text! And “Yes” I said text! The office has the capability of receiving text messages!!! I love current time efficiency! I just can’t say enough positive things about this attorney, and everyone in this office. You will not be disappointed with selecting him to represent you in your adoption case. I could go on and on about Linque but you’re gonna have to try him for yourself to see that I am Not doing him enough justice with this review. I would use him thousand times for myself and recommend him a million times to anyone in need of a Phenomenal kick “A” Adoption Attorney. He and his team were amazing.!!!!

Linque & his team represented my wife & I in adopting her daughter. I cannot express how grateful I am for Linque and his team for representing us.
