What can I say about this company? They are an amazing group! Very helpful and insightful! The customer service far and beyond exceeded my expectations. I was accustomed to the routine monotone and unenthusiastic nature of IT, however, at NEXT IT, you get an incomparable blend of equable yet professional approach that you don't encounter at many businesses. To say that we have nothing but a great experience in working with Next IT is an understatement. We previously worked with another IT company that had provided more damage to our firm than benefit and we decided to look elsewhere and decided to contact Next IT. In contacting Next IT, they immediately responded right back to us, their response time was quick and this is something that we value greatly because our firm is completely remote and relies heavily on the internet, software, and our devices working to their full potential at all times. So anytime we have an issue, it needs to be fixed immediately because if it's not then, we are unable to have a productive work day in general. We were able to communicate to Next IT the problems we were experiencing and they jumped in quickly and efficiently to resolve our issues. They are very hands in when it comes to resolving the issues and take it as far as they can before trying to involve us in the picture if ever needed.
