I visited JEM MedSpa back on 01/15/26. I received a BBL (BroadBand Light) face treatment from Olivia O. This was my first time getting this kind of facial done and Olivia walked me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot of new things about my skin! Immediately after my skin felt so soft. Now, being two weeks since my facial, my skin looks and feels amazing! Olivia also took the time to analyze and research what products (affordable ones too) would be beneficial for me to reach my skin goals. She even sent me a suggested AM and PM routine! I have always have best experiences at JEM MedSpa. Not only is it gorgeous, but the staff is truly the best. My aesthetician, Alexis C, is truly amazing - she’s so knowledgeable and thorough. My skin is showing major improvements and I can’t wait to see where it goes from here. She always explains everything she’s doing super well and makes the whole appointment relaxing. My injector, Shannon, is just as incredible. She has such a great eye and really listens. My Botox results look natural but still give me that refreshed, lifted look I was hoping for.
