I visited JEM MedSpa back on 01/15/26. I received a BBL (BroadBand Light) face treatment from Olivia O. This was my first time getting this kind of facial done and Olivia walked me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot of new things about my skin! Immediately after my skin felt so soft. Now, being two weeks since my facial, my skin looks and feels amazing! Olivia also took the time to analyze and research what products (affordable ones too) would be beneficial for me to reach my skin goals. She even sent me a suggested AM and PM routine!
