Highly recommend Lisa!!! She helped us so much on our wedding day and beyond. She is super knowledgeable, organized and gave great advice based on her experience in the industry, while ultimately deferring to my vision. I especially really appreciated getting her opinion on the financials: what’s worth it and what’s not. In the wedding industry, there a LOT of fun details you can add on at an additional (not insignificant) cost from basically every vendor, and I trusted Lisa’s perspective a lot. She has your best interest in mind. We met with her several times leading up to the day, and every time we felt so confident that she was just in top of it. On our wedding day, I was the epitome of unbothered, and I’d be willing to bet that 90% of that was due to Lisa’s careful planning and diligent work setting everything up. Putting together our seating chart, setting up table arrangements, keeping candles lit, coordinating with vendors, taking care of details we forgot, cleaning up afterwards, and I’m sure many more things I wasn’t even aware of. It took so much stress of my family & I’s plate, so we could be present and enjoy. I trust her so much and am so thankful to have had her as our coordinator!!

Lisa was such a perfect choice for us. From our first call to interview her, she was kind, calm, honest and thorough. We hired her for her coordination services as both the bride and I (MOB) are planners and detail-oriented. Some of the other coordinators we interviewed were very strict about limited contact until we were 90 or even 30 days out from the wedding. Lisa told us she would be happy to work with us and answer any questions from the moment we hired her. She gave us great recommendations on vendors and feedback on ideas/options as we planned. She was also very honest about what things were worth spending money on and where we could easily cut costs without anyone noticing. She was a great advocate for us in any meetings and even volunteered to meet me at our hotel to scout potential bride/bridesmaid locations. We had a decent amount of DIY for her to contend with and she cheerfully took it all on. She went above and beyond to execute everything and we got so many compliments on the decor and how beautifully everything went throughout the day. Not even a tornado watch, hailstorm or rain (in a glass venue) could make her look frazzled. She even brought the key to our U-Haul (where all our DIY was stored) to me at our hotel at the end of the night when I forgot about it completely. She was an absolute delight to work with and I have already referred her to two friends whose children just got engaged. We loved working with Lisa and will miss chatting with her!

Working with Lisa was a delightful experience! My husband and I chose to plan our wedding with Lisa because from the first phone call, we felt that she was deeply passionate about her work and a kind person. She took so much stress off of our plates and ensured our wedding was beautiful and as peaceful as possible. Additionally, Lisa is LGBTQ and neurodiversity affirming, which was extremely important to me (and seems to be hard to find in the Indy wedding scene). We would absolutely recommend Lisa to any couple looking for a planner.
