Had a great experience with this battery service provider. I reached out to them when one of my inverter batteries exploded, and they responded promptly and professionally. They clearly explained the exchange options, recommended a better battery at the same price, and also advised against mixing different battery types for my 24V setup, which shows their technical expertise. What impressed me most was their transparency and patience in answering all my queries—from battery compatibility to lifespan and installation. They even offered to check the health of my second battery during installation. The team is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend them if you're looking for battery replacement.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed for inverter cots worth ₹20,000. It has been over 10 days since the order was placed, yet the product has not been delivered. When I attempted to contact the delivery personnel, they responded rudely and unprofessionally, stating that they would not deliver the product and that I could "do whatever I want." This behavior is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I reached out to the seller, but they showed no concern and did not respond properly. It is worth noting that the delivery partner appears to be affiliated with the seller, making the situation even more disappointing.
