I worked with Meagan initially on a life insurance claim and she was absolutely fantastic. I found her to be knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive throughout the process. Based on that positive experience, I hired her again a few months later for selling and purchasing a house. This time, unfortunately, my experience was quite different. There was virtually no communication from her office regarding the real estate transaction. Weeks would go by without any updates, and I had to be the one reaching out repeatedly to get information or find out what was holding things up. Despite providing my banking information directly to Meagan twice, I was still asked how I wanted to receive the proceeds from my house sale. I requested direct deposit but was told that a cheque would be couriered to my bank. Days passed, yet the funds did not arrive. When I followed up, I was told the office was short-staffed and that Meagan would try to get to it as soon as possible. As of this review, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Overall, my first experience with Meagan was excellent, but the lack of communication and delay during my second case has been disappointing and frustrating. I hope her office can improve their communication and follow-through, especially during such important transactions.

She is the worst lawyer that I have ever met in my whole life. She took 8 months to get my sister's house up for sale which should have took 2 months. So my sister couldn't get a mortgage even then she was like you got to talk to your ex-husband you got to come to a conclusion you have to come to an agreement. People that are on auditing with each other and fighting don't come to an agreement. I fired her and hired a new lawyer. The newer got it done in 2 weeks to get the money from what was left after the mortgage was paid, also if the house would have been put up for sale with the newer it would have been 2 months not 8 months. She screws you around she doesn't answer your calls ever or your emails until too late. Do not use this lawyer for a criminal defense or a family legal aid problem please listen to me!!!!!!
