My experience at Mother and Child was deeply disappointing and concerning. I went to the facility on 9th February after having contractions for two days, even though my due date was 29th January. I was in significant pain and worried because labor had not progressed. After a cervical examination, I was told I had not dilated and was advised to go back home to wait for labor to progress and return only if there were changes. The pain continued throughout the night with no improvement. Trusting my instincts, I sought a second opinion elsewhere. At the next facility, immediate action was taken. After induction, my water broke and it was discovered that my baby had passed meconium. Since I still had not dilated, I required an emergency cesarean section. I strongly believe that if I had continued waiting at home as advised, the outcome could have been tragic. As a mother in active labor past her due date and in continuous pain, I expected closer monitoring, further evaluation, or at least more caution before being sent home. I share this review in the hope that the facility improves its assessment and decision-making processes for mothers in similar situations. Every moment matters during labor, and expectant mothers deserve thorough, attentive care.

I had a good experience at this hospital and was impressed by the quality of services offered.The medical staff were professional,compassionate and dedicated to patient care despite the high number of patients.The hospital environment was generally clean and well organized and essential services were accessible at an affordable cost. Overall,the hospital plays a vital role in providing quality healthcare to the community and offer Even better services in future.

Attended my antenatal here and also welcomed my little one under the same roof.... Through out my journey doctors and nurses taught me a lot danger signs, the do's and don't. It's a good place to be
