I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Joseph at Little Leaf Property Maintenance Ltd. The level of customer service was top notch. Joseph was fast, efficient and thorough in getting my patio cleaned. He even paid attention to the little details like the window frames, behind the door, and even the vents for laundry and kitchen. My patio is squeaky clean now! For a little extra, Joseph was able to remove my mid size bbq grill and umbrella stand for the patio to the junk yard which Saves me so much time. From monthly maintenance garden and building of common areas, to bigger jobs windows, pressure washing of building and parking brought the building and yards are back to top standards. Joseph and his team have been working at my property for the last few years, and have been fabulous to work with. They are extremely professional, yet very friendly and easy to approach with any issue. They can easily pivot to accommodate an urgent or unplanned issue that arises, and are excellent at spotting things around the property that need addressing and bringing those issues, with photos, forward to the strata.
