I can't say enough good things about the crew at PetPals. Ashly and Georgia are phenomenal and communicative, and each of the Pals we've worked with have been so warm and friendly, and of course, great with our girls (two dogs). With most of our family out of state, my husband and I sometimes have to make last-minute or long trips away, sometimes under stressful circumstances, and I can't emphasize the relief and peace of mind PetPals brings in those situations. I know the girls are going to be well taken care of, and we get adorable pupdates every day, so even when we can't be there, we can still see them. One of our gals wasn't particularly fond of men, but she adored Khail, one of the Pals—and I think that says a lot about the people at PetPals! They're just the best :)

My husband and I LOVE the team over at PetPals! We were in the market for pet care as we foster failed with a sweet (yet difficult) rescued Pom just two months before our wedding! I ended up choosing PetPals over other similar businesses based solely on the fact that they upload pets in their care to their Instagram account! (Seriously it makes my day swiping through stories and coming across my own dog) The communication, professionalism, and all around care with PetPals has been INCREDIBLE and we're continuing to utilize their services post wedding! I knew after the meet and greet that these were folks I could trust, and we look forward to having such reliable care when we book their services! I love the platform they use to take notes, and that they include a map of their walk, send me photos of my pets, and always do the best job interacting with my rescued Pom! (We have a cat they've looked after too!) Special shoutout to Amanda and Paola! When I get home after the days they've had a visit with my dog, she runs all around the apartment looking for them (I also notice a HUGE happiness boost in her on the days she gets walks/loves/treats from the team!)

PetPals, LLC has been absolutely wonderful to our special needs pup Gus. They go above and beyond to ensure that your pet is well taken care of and provide pictures and a report card after every service. Georgia the owner even called me personally to check in on how my dog was doing which was amazing and so above and beyond. They are also so quick to respond through the online portal. Lisa is our weekly walker, and I can’t say enough good things about her and how she treats our special needs pup. We are so lucky to have her to rely on every week while we are at work. In addition to walking him, she does little things to go above and beyond, such as wipe his paws, refill his water, put on his rain coat, give him treats in his kong, straighten out the sofa dog covers, and give him pills if needed at a specific time. You can definitely feel confident that your pets are in the best hands with this team!
