We had the absolute pleasure of working with Olivia at Liv Chic Events for our wedding, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, Olivia was attentive, flexible, and deeply in tune with our vision. She brought it to life beautifully — every detail was handled with care and intention. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and genuine presence. She texted us to check in the night before and the morning of the wedding, coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Because of Olivia, I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day, and I was able to be fully present, knowing everything was in good hands. Beyond her professionalism, Olivia brought warmth and joy to the process. She was friendly, calm, and so easy to connect with and by the end, she felt more like a friend than just a coordinator. We shared laughs, and I truly felt seen and supported by her every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your day feel special, Olivia is it. We were lucky enough to have Liv officiate our wedding in August, and we could not be happier with her ceremony! From the moment we met her during our intro call, she was professional, atttentive, and her authenticity and genuine passion for her trade shone through. She made us feel so comfortable right away- we knew she was the one for us. She took the time to get to know us and our story, and walked us through what to expect prior to the big day. On the day of, she was absolutely AMAZING! Her delivery was perfect- she definitely took the time to thoughtfully curate the ceremony, specifically tailored to us. She was a hit with all the guests- our wedding was over a month ago, and we're still getting compliments on our officiant. She managed to get every last one of our 250 guests to laugh, cry, and smile ear to ear throughout the ceremony. I can't wait to see our wedding video so I can experience the moment all over again! Liv is one of the reasons why the ceremony was our favourite part of the day. I wish I could give 10 stars! Leading up to the wedding, her steady communication made everything easier. She checked in often, guided us through the details (including helpful reminders such as when to get our license), and asked thoughtful questions that helped us reflect on our relationship in a deeper way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Olivia officiated our wedding last month and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We spoke with a few officiants but instantly knew Olivia was our girl the second we got off the phone with her. She was so amazing to work with, made us feel so comfortable, and took the time to get to know us in order to capture our love story.
