This building advertises itself as a luxury apartment yet it is run by one of the lowest leasing companies around. Not to mention property management is not luxury material. If you enjoy paying a lot of money for limited everything and being treated like less of an individual this is the place to be. There was a man by the name of Stuart who did maintenance picking up garbage etc for some reason he was also in the office at times, he was pure trash with zero experience managing anything never mind a building and it’s residents. He was degrading and incompetent, hopefully he has been replaced because he is not someone who should be working with people in any capacity

I’ve been living here for a year. The building is clean inside and the staffs are helpful and friendly. Very limited vacant rooms around the year. The only problem is that a new condo beside the Brock is under construction now. Even closing all the windows, it’ very noisy during work hours.

The building is stunning and its in the great location! However, the management staff their is very un professional! I went in a few weeks ago to look at a one bedroom. They told me its on hold for someone else, and that there is one available apartment for October if this apartment gets taken. I asked them to kindly contact me as i need a place to live and that ill take the October one if September doesn't work out. They DID NOT CONTACT ME! Rented out both of those apartments and now i am left with no place to live thanks to them and their loyalty for their customers. When i contacted them a few days ago all they said was "sorry not our problem, I'm not the only one who rents out those units" I am very disappointed and because I trusted them (my mistake) that they will contact me I don't have a place and none of the places available till November in the area. So thanks for screwing me over guys!

Great spot, Stewart the manager is super nice and helpful. Rooms are modern and spacious. Everyone I’ve met in the building has been friendly
