Live Shopping

My recent experience with Live Shopping left much to be desired. After ordering a shirt through their Facebook page, I was disheartened to find that the quality of the product was far below expectations, especially considering the high prices they charged. The fabric was of noticeably poor quality, and I felt let down by the discrepancy between the price and the actual product received. Seeking resolution, I reached out to their Facebook page inquiring about their return policy, but to my dismay, I received no response. Their lack of communication and failure to provide a clear answer regarding their after-sales service was deeply disappointing. It reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and raises questions about the integrity of their business practices. Furthermore, I noticed that Live Shopping had disabled the review and feedback options on their page, which raises suspicion about their transparency and willingness to address customer concerns. It begs the question: if their products were truly of good quality, why would they turn off the feedback feature? This lack of transparency only adds to my disappointment and fuels doubts about the overall quality of their merchandise. Overall, my experience with Live Shopping was marred by subpar product quality and inadequate customer service. As a consumer, I expected better from a reputable establishment, and I hope they take steps to improve their services and regain the trust of their customers.
