Sign on the door says they closed at 4pm. Its 332pm. I walked into an EMPTY store. The door unlocked. Stood for 3 minutes before an older gentleman came out and said they were closed. I said "nope, it says 4pm. He said look closer it says 2pm. I said you cant tell and may want to fix that. Not only that but the door was unlocked. Are you sure you're closed?" We didnt get to order. The guy was nice but this is crazy. Closing at 2pm on Minday!?! I know franchise has the discretion on hours, but the damn door was unlocked, store wide open, and no one inside.

This happens all the time. I am unsure why the chocolate slides off onto the bag. Are you all throwing them in the microwave before you serve them this horrible. I went to Dunkin in Bransonand no chocolate sliding and sticking to the bag. They do not use paper sacks they use small bags that are like gift bags and place the donuts where the icing is not sliding off.

Super sweet girl working up front! Around 10am on oct 12 I came in from out of state and ordered here. I live in NJ and love Dunkin’. They are customer oriented and nice. It’s good to see employees get along giggling and working hard. They were literally working hard! And she made my drink to perfection 💕 Just like home! 😊

Got through the drive through quickly, service was great, the coffee just sucks. Brown sugar shaken espresso is not good.
