I'll give you three solid reasons why Dr Dondo would be your best choice when choosing a dentist here in Bend: 1) Sara the office manager is extremely kind and competent. I rest assured knowing that if an issue comes up, it will be handled promptly and fairly. 2) Dr Dondo is skilled as a dentist, and he has access to the most state of the art equipment. I know this because he did two crowns for me. The procedures were fast, and the quality was second to none. I walked out with perfect crowns in an hour or so. 3) Dr Dondo and Sara care about me as a patient. I know this because I raised a concern about the way my teeth were being cleaned at his office; I am particular about this. They both listened to my concerns and came up with a modified plan for future cleaning visits. Now, I feel that future visits to the hygienist will be more effective.

Super friendly service. I went back in 2018/2019 and due to job changes haven't been in since then. I decided with the new job to go back because they had given such great service in the past. I am glad that they have continued to uphold the culture of respect and open communication that impressed me the first time. I had some work needing to be done on three teeth and the glue fixed on the bar behind my teeth - they did all the work in less than than an hour! Not only that I barely had any discomfort! Only feedback since it's been some time since I've had work done, was that it would have been nice to be informed that I would be numbed and have a droopy face and the sound of the drill was quite loud I probably would have brought hearing protection as I have some discomfort with high pitched noise. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Carlo Arredondo and his friendly and professional staff!

Amazing experience! I havent been to the dentist in forever and have always been too scared to make an appointment. Once i got the courage to make the appointment dondo got me in right away! They are all so professional and caring. Can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Dondo and his staff are wonderful, I highly recommend them! I appreciate that my appointments always run on time and are efficient. And they were able to squeeze me when I chipped a tooth and needed a quick cosmetic fix, which I really appreciate.
