I was given 3 choices on where to go for a CPAP machine. I liked the name "Living Well" so chose this as the place to go. Well I am extremely happy I did. Jeff was absolutely amazing. He saw I was in great pain with my knee and before even starting my actual CPAP info and selection process he gave me a knee brace to use during my appointment. It helped me so much and I was able to focus on the task at hand which was the selection of a mask and directions on how to use my new machine. Jeff was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient and very personable. He took the time to explain each mask as I tried various ones he thought may work for me. He set the machine up, showed me how to use it, clean it etc. I was made to feel very welcomed as a customer and I was so impressed with my entire appointment I went back the next week and purchased the knee brace he so kindly lent me during my appointment, and in fact I purchased 2.
