Poor after sales service in Bhopal outlet. On completing each part the concerned will ask for review and ultimately they gain a good feedback,later on they will not respond. For post- installation repair with in a month,i contacted the installation coordinator as he assured for gaining review but delayed and delayed then send me the online link and toll free number.

Overall good experience from Livspace , operation team done a fabulous job Mr Harish Malviya and Vaibhav has done great job.

Poor quality work. Have to call their post sales team twice within 2 months of installation because our drawers keep breaking along the hinges. *4 Month Update*: The. Hob they installed blasted into pieces while cooking. Extremely poor quality material used. Hinges have been coming out of the drawers almost every month. Same with the Kent RO they gave with the package. We had to call the RO service guy 3 times in the last one month. Very bad experience so far. *5 Month Update*: The Glen chimney that came with the package also broke down. It's been hardly 1 week since we got their hob fixed, and now the chimney broke. Really regretting our decision of getting kitchen done from Livspace. Better to hire a local vendor and pay more money, atleast they'll do better work and install proper quality products. So much of my time and energy has been spent in the last 5 months just coordinating with the various customer cares. Livspace takes no responsibility whatsoever, they just give a standard answer whenever something breaks down - that we're like Amazon marketplace, we're not responsible for any of the appliances we install as part of the package. Absolutely horrible customer service. Update: Livspace refuses to provide bills of their partner vendors, who in turn refuse to provide service without bills. So their warranty is moot. There is no warranty as they trap you in the logistics of the absence of bills which you need to claim warranty.
