A huge thanks to the design team, Sakshi Srivastava and Designer Shreya Singh, for understanding our needs and creating a design that is both stylish and functional. They made great use of space while ensuring everything matched our taste perfectly. We also appreciate Faizan and his team for their excellent installation work. They handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail, making sure the final result was flawless. Overall, our experience with Livspace was amazing. Their quality work and customer focus made the entire journey stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home!

From the design phase to the installation phase, Livspace team members demonstrated a passion for excellence and expertise in their respective areas. We would particularly like to commend the efforts put by Miss Priya & Mr. Faizan. Miss Priya sat down with us over several days & hours  to discuss the intricacies of the design. Mr Faizan, on the other hand was available 24*7 to address any concerns that we may have. He was also very precise with the timelines and barely missed any deadlines. He is soft spoken & keen to take initiatives.

DO NOT EMPLOY LIVSPACE As a recent client, I am compelled to express my utmost frustration with the unprofessional, uncoordinated, and negligent manner in which Livspace has managed our project. This experience has been deeply disappointing, compounded by a three-month delay with zero adherence to any of the agreed timelines. My parents entrusted their hard-earned savings to create a home, only for Livspace to butcher this pivotal experience with gross mismanagement and incompetency. The repeated requests for payments starkly contrast with Livspace’s severe lack of accountability. Not a single aspect of this project has been completed on time. Basic responsibilities—tracking work progress, managing timelines, and quality assurance—fell solely on us. Despite our daily reminders and attempts to ensure progress, Livspace’s team, from design to civil work, has demonstrated consistent disregard for quality and client satisfaction. The design team delivered uninspired solutions, and the communication across departments has been disastrous, as proven by multiple incorrect and damaged orders, from kitchen and wardrobe parts to wrongly-colored doors. Each installation has shown shoddy workmanship, with wall paint displaying visible marks and bathrooms and kitchen requiring post-move-in repairs within four months. There is already seepage on the walls of multiple rooms. This ordeal has been exhausting and has left us disillusioned with Livspace’s purported standards. Please don't spend your hard earned money with them. Find a trusted contractor and do it yourself. You're bound to do the heavy lifting anyway.
