The experience centre is small but has a lot of options that you can see. The staff is very helpful and will explain everything and give you as much time as needed. Although, since the space is less, we couldn't see many options for bathroom ideas. For the kitchen, they have 3 options available.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE this has been one of the most hopeless and ridiculous experience that any customer service can provide. Firstly they wasted 6 months OF OURS with unnecessary planning and ultimately doing nothing. When the feedback was given , there was NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE FROM THE SO CALLED TEAM NEITHER ON CALL , TXT OR PHONE. THEY RESPONDED AFTER 2 MONTHS. All records available in case of requirement They took 25000 from us for doing nothing. After wasting our time, GUWAHATI team informed about your so called policy of non refunding and to take or use service of design from the office of equivalent value. We again fell into the trap and placed the order of 1 chimney and 2 fans with paying extra 3000 Rs totalling it to 28000 on 26.04.2025 with only one request of providing the order which is a ready electronic product within 30 days from the day of payment. HOWEVER AS USUAL THE UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM PLACED THE ORDER TODAY i.e 10.05.2025 AS INFORMED TO US WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION OR PROOF OR DOCUMENT TO CUSTOMER . We are pretty sure that the same might not have been placed yet. Now they are sending us threatening mails to give approval for the order we already gave approval thrice already or threatening to absorb the entire Rs 28000 as designing fees. Disgusted with HOPELESSNESS AND ATTITUDE OF YOUR GUWAHATI TEAM AND YOUR SALES AND OPERATIONS TEAM. Just because your team is getting paid for doing absolutely nothing and making designs which my local carpenter does better than what you do, I am sure your team believes everyone earns money like that and it is ok to fraud and scam people like this but let me tell you our money is hard earned money and in no way we are going to give it away for the fact that your unprofessional team can’t handle it. Learn basic of business before running business.
