Lee and Robert spent the summer providing us with a new kitchen and remodelling 2 bathrooms.The bathrooms were not straight forward. One involved knocking through to include a separate toilet, rebuilding the walls and reconfiguring the space .The larger bathroom threw up problems but nothing fazed them , the finishes are superb ,particularly the tiling. They were a pleasure to have around and Lee knows his trade. Very patient when I was indecisive, and a very fair price for the work involved. Would definitely recommend. Richard and Judy, Abergele.

Lee and Rob created an on-suite shower room by extending a room which previously just had a toilet. In addition to the usual plumbing and tiling jobs, this involved building new walls, raising the floor and lowering the ceiling, and knocking a hole through a brick wall to fit a new doorway. For the plastering, Lee brought in a specialist plasterer who was also very good. All three were very pleasant, and whilst Lee and Rob are not perfectionists, their finished work looks very good - see my photos of the finished job, and what it looked like before they arrived.

Kensington Hotel

Lee from LMB remodeled one of our en-suites for us and did an amazing job,our guests are constantly complimenting the bathroom on how nice it is. We are looking to work again with Lee after the summer season to continue the modernization of the Hotel, His work really does speak for its self. The shower fitted did have a manufacturing default that led to a small leak, Lee came straight out and fixed it, even going as far as taking the manufacturer to task over the faulty item and getting us a replacement immediately.

Brian Robinette

Lee and Rob have done a brilliant job ripping out and refitting our bathroom. They had lot's to do floor pipework tiling all walls. Can't recommend them both enough, cleaned up everyday great to get along with, would definitely book them again 5 star lads
