We paid for a job that was delayed for 6-7 weeks, then to discover that they had not even organised collection of our equipment. We then requested a refund. We were told it would take 5-7 days (for a U.K based account to pay another U.K based account). Over 2 weeks has now passed and I am struggling to reach Kanayo. Clearly has no experience shipping large items, probably used to sending smaller items. If you enjoy stress and losing thousands of pounds, these guys are your best option.
