Lo Spa in Lakeshore East is consistently phenomenal. They’re close to home for me and every time I need a last minute walk in, they squeeze me in and do a great job! I’ve probably had 5+ various techs over the years and every single one has done a great job. Salon itself is clean and beautiful. And they have a ton of color options - Which are also organized and easy to find. Love this place!

I chose this salon as a gift for someone, and it felt like more than just a simple gesture in the end. The welcome at the front desk was warm and genuine, setting a tone of comfort that stayed with us throughout the visit. There was a sense of being seen and cared for that went beyond routine courtesy. The salon itself is bright, calm, and beautifully kept. The technicians work with true artistry, giving not only flawless nails but also an atmosphere of renewal, as if each detail was meant to lift the spirit. The person who received this gift left smiling, feeling lighter, as though they carried a touch of good fortune into the year ahead. It was more than a service. It was a reminder that care, when offered sincerely, can stay with you long after the moment ends. LO Spa at the Lakeshore is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done! They do the best mani, pedi, Gel-X, and cat eye nails. The staff is always so sweet and friendly, and the salon is clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this spot—definitely the best in the area!

Love this place so much! Beautiful decor, everything is so clean, and they have lots of color options! My go-to tech is Sana! She is so talented, kind and you can tell she cares a lot abou her work. 10/10 highly recommend!
