Update: I changed my original post of 2 stars. The cake tasted good and my son didn’t care about the writing quality. Go figure! I ordered a birthday cake for my 16 year old. The writing on it was terrible, crocked and not as I had requested. Totally disappointed.

Extremely unpleasant experience with customer service representative named Laura, who worked self checkout Thursday Jan 8th at approximately 5pm. She was very rude to the customers before us, at least that was my conclusion after hearing the tail end of their conversation. I came in and bought 2 orchids, and she very sternly implied that I HAD to put them in a bag. When I asked further she met me with a very condescending and impolite attitude. “When your flowers are bent don’t come back here trying to return them.” This is no way to treat a customer who 1. Didn’t ask for assistance and 2. Expressed politely that she wasn’t interested in any help. Because the flowers were lifted off of the scale prematurely (which I was trying to AVOID), it would not let me proceed with payment and Laura went out of her way to not assist in the problem she created. I took my flowers to another register and proceeded with paying. Now I’m not a flower expert but they seem pretty fine to me after bringing them home unwrapped.

Been looking for bulk size products for years and more natural items.Nothing. Staff seem all confused . Shelves bare and all the good stuff gone. E.g. Try to fine Organic rice,Teff,amarath,,green tomatoes chow.my good spring,etc.etc. anything forget it other than their small organic selection.
